Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre

The ADNDRC is a joint undertaking by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the  Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Korean Internet Address Dispute Resolution Committee (KIDRC). It has been accredited by ICANN as dispute resolution provider under its  Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (TDRP).
