The Hon Neil Brown QC has been reappointed as one of Australia’s representatives on the Panel of Conciliators at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
Mr Brown was a member of the Panel but has now been reappointed for a further term of 6 years.
The Panel deals with the conciliation of investment disputes between investors and countries where the investment takes place. ICSID is a subsidiary of the World Bank in Washington.
